Property in the Lakes is a new Lake District accommodation platform offering handpicked cottages and retreats, booked directly with local owners. The brief was to create a refined, trustworthy digital presence that positions the brand as an alternative to large booking portals; simple to use, personal in tone and premium in feel.

We designed and built a clean, editorial-style Webflow site with elegant typography, immersive imagery and an effortless browsing experience. Search is intentionally streamlined, messaging speaks directly to both travellers and owners, and the architecture is structured to scale, ready for future automation, listing expansion and owner onboarding.

In a short build window, the platform launched with clarity, confidence and a distinctive visual identity. It communicates value, supports growth and gives the founders a credible foundation to build on. A satisfying project, simple in experience, thoughtful in execution, and quietly effective.
