Client Conditions
Effective Date: 19th October, 2025

Introduction
These Project Terms apply to all website, branding, marketing, automation, and digital services provided by Lune Studio Ltd. By approving a proposal, paying an invoice, or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Deposits & Payments
Most projects require a 50% upfront deposit before work begins. This secures project scheduling, planning, and allocated development time.
Deposits are non-refundable once a project has commenced.
The remaining balance is typically due upon project completion and before the final website transfer, launch, or handover, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in delays to delivery, temporary suspension of work, or withholding of final files and access until outstanding balances are settled.
Scope of Work
All projects are completed based on the agreed proposal, quotation, or written scope of work.
Any additional functionality, pages, integrations, revisions, or requests outside of the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Lune Studio reserves the right to determine whether a request falls outside the original agreed scope.
Timelines & Communication
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may vary depending on project complexity, revisions, client responsiveness, and third-party dependencies.
Delays in content delivery, approvals, feedback, or communication may impact project timelines.
If a project becomes inactive for an extended period due to lack of client communication, Lune Studio reserves the right to reschedule the project within future availability.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included during the agreed development process. Excessive revisions, major design direction changes, or repeated amends outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
Website Hosting
The first year of hosting is typically included free unless otherwise stated.
Ongoing hosting, maintenance, and platform costs may apply after the initial included period depending on the type of website and required services.
Please refer to our Hosting Policy for more information.
Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party platforms, software, plugins, domains, hosting providers, APIs, or services including (but not limited to) Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, Stripe, Google, Meta, or Zapier.
Lune Studio is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, service interruptions, or limitations caused by third-party providers.
Any third-party subscription or platform fees remain the responsibility of the client unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Intellectual Property
Final website content, assets, and deliverables created specifically for the client become the property of the client once full payment has been received.
Lune Studio retains the right to showcase completed work within its portfolio, marketing materials, social media, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any licensed assets, frameworks, libraries, or third-party tools remain subject to their respective licences.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate content, imagery, branding assets, approvals, and feedback required to complete the project.
Clients are also responsible for reviewing and approving work before launch.
Liability
Lune Studio will always aim to deliver reliable, high-quality work. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability, specific ranking positions, lead generation performance, or commercial outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lune Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project in writing.
Any completed work, hours, or costs incurred up to the termination date remain payable. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
