These terms apply to all annual website hosting renewals unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This document outlines the website hosting services provided by George Evans, including what is covered, renewal terms, and pricing structure. Annual hosting ensures your website remains live, secure, and fully operational on the Webflow platform.

2. What Hosting Includes

All hosting plans include:

- Webflow platform hosting
- SSL security
- Global CDN performance optimisation
- Ongoing site uptime responsibility
- Account administration and billing management
- Annual renewal handling and continuity assurance

Hosting covers the infrastructure and responsibility of keeping your website live and functioning correctly.

3. Hosting Packages

Standard Website Hosting (Non-CMS): £250 per year

Applies to websites without CMS collections or external automations.

Includes:

- Static or editor-managed pages
- No dynamic collections
- No external data feeds or integrations

CMS Website Hosting: £350 per year
‍
Applies to websites using Webflow CMS and/or automated functionality.
‍
Includes:

- CMS Collections (e.g. blogs, services, locations, jobs)
- Dynamic page templates
- Structured content management
- Increased maintenance and oversight requirements
- CMS + Automated Services (where applicable)

Some CMS sites may also include:

- Automated review feeds
- Third-party integrations
- Embedded or synced content services

These are included within the CMS hosting tier unless otherwise agreed.

4. Renewals & Pricing
‍
- Hosting is billed annually in advance
- Renewal invoices are issued ahead of the expiry date
- Prices reflect the hosting tier required by the site’s functionality
- Where possible, renewals follow previously shared or agreed rates

For clarity: hosting pricing is package-based, not arbitrary, and aligns with the technical requirements of each site.

5. Payment & Continuity

- Hosting invoices must be settled by the stated due date to ensure uninterrupted service
- If hosting is not renewed, the website may be suspended or taken offline by the platform provider
- Responsibility for site availability cannot be maintained without an active hosting arrangement

6. Content Updates & Support

Unless a separate support or maintenance agreement is in place:

- Hosting does not include ongoing content changes or site updates
- Any future update requests are quoted in advance and billed separately
- Support work is charged at the standard hourly rate unless otherwise agreed
