AppByke began without a logo, a website, or a defined digital presence. What existed was an idea, a prototype vehicle, and a group of stakeholders with a clear ambition but no established framework for how it should be presented or sold.

Lune Studio was brought in at the very start of that journey.

This project went far beyond building a website. The work involved shaping the brand, defining the product category, and translating ongoing conversations with founders and stakeholders into a functional, commercial digital platform — all under tight time constraints ahead of a soft launch.

The website itself is fully custom-coded, not template-based and not built on Webflow. This allowed complete control over structure, performance, and functionality, including a bespoke e-commerce flow, reservation logic, and a custom “Build a Byke” experience designed around AppByke’s specific product configurations and operational requirements.

Because the product is still evolving, speed and accuracy mattered. To meet the launch window without misrepresenting the final vehicle, video and image AI tools were used to generate high-end product renders and motion assets. These were carefully constrained to reflect the real vehicle architecture, allowing AppByke to present a confident, premium vision while final physical assets and official renders were still in progress.

Alongside the technical build, Lune Studio led the branding and positioning work. This included defining AppByke as a new category of urban vehicle — deliberately avoiding car and bike conventions — and establishing clear, present-tense language that reflected what the product is now, not what it might be in the future. Every decision was grounded in ongoing dialogue with key stakeholders, with the site evolving through conversation rather than rigid briefs.

The result is a fully operational, e-commerce-enabled platform that supports reservations, configuration, and future growth — delivered in record time from a standing start. More importantly, it provides AppByke with a digital foundation that can evolve alongside the product itself, rather than needing to be rebuilt as the business matures.

This project reflects Lune Studio’s role as a strategic partner as much as a technical one — listening closely, moving quickly, and building systems that align with real-world business needs, not just visual output.
