The project
Cappuvino is a busy city-centre cocktail bar known for its curated drinks menu, live music and private-hire events. Their old site looked dated, performed poorly on mobile, and didn’t give staff an easy way to publish events, update menus or capture private-hire enquiries.
We rebuilt the site in Webflow with two goals: present the brand properly, and make the website a functioning part of the business’s sales process.
What we delivered:
- Clean, brand-first Webflow build that mirrors the venue’s stylish, modern look.
- Integrated table-booking system so customers can reserve directly from the site (cutting reliance on third-party booking pages).
- Event enquiry form and private-hire funnel to capture high-value leads for corporate and private bookings.
- Mobile-first layout and performance optimisation to speed up pages and improve conversions on phones.
- Custom CMS for events, menus and promotions so staff can add/update content without developer help.
- Local SEO basics and Google indexing setup to improve visibility for local searches.
- Complete handover with a short training session and simple CMS documentation so the team could manage updates in-house.
Key outcomes:
- Website moved from being a brochure to a usable sales channel — more direct bookings and event enquiries routed straight to the team.
- Staff can publish menus and events in minutes (no dev tickets, no delay).
- Faster mobile experience and simpler navigation improved user journeys for customers booking or enquiring.
Since launch, Cappuvino’s website has been playing a much bigger role in weekly revenue and venue promotion — less admin for the team, more direct bookings for the business.
