Coast N Country is an independent estate agency operating across coastal towns and countryside villages in North Lancashire and the South Lakes. The brief was to reposition the brand away from a traditional, dated local-agent aesthetic and create a refined digital presence that felt confident, considered and premium — while remaining approachable and rooted in place.

We led a full brand refresh alongside the website redesign, introducing a typographic-led identity and a calm, editorial visual language. The new direction focused on clarity, restraint and trust — replacing generic estate agency tropes with a more mature, lifestyle-driven approach that better reflected the quality of homes and clients the business serves.

The website was restructured and rewritten to improve narrative flow, simplify decision-making and clearly articulate Coast N Country’s sales, lettings and investment services. Copy was crafted to feel human and assured, with a consistent tone across every page — from valuations and selling to lettings and investment support.

Built with scalability in mind, the new site provides a strong foundation for future growth, regional expansion and higher-value instructions.
