Property23 is a Lancaster-based estate and lettings agency offering property sales, rentals, and management services. With a growing portfolio and a focus on customer service, they partnered with Lune Studio to create a modern online presence that would showcase their listings, streamline enquiries, and strengthen their reputation in a competitive local market.
Property23 had a dated website that struggled to present their property portfolio effectively. The design was inconsistent, the property search was clunky, and the site wasn’t fully optimised for mobile users. As a result, prospective tenants and buyers found it harder to browse listings or submit enquiries, and the site failed to reflect the professionalism of the agency.
We redesigned the Property23 website with a clear, modern layout built around usability and trust. A streamlined property search function was introduced, along with improved property card layouts to make browsing easier. The design was updated with consistent branding, faster load times, and responsive performance across all devices. SEO foundations were integrated to boost local visibility and attract more landlords, buyers, and tenants.
