Pink Rose Cyclery is an independent bike shop and service hub in Lancaster, built around a love of cycling and a strong local community. With services ranging from repairs and bike fitting to selling premium bikes and accessories, they partnered with Lune Studio to refresh their digital presence, making it easier for riders to find them, book services, and engage with the brand online.
Pink Rose Cyclery had an outdated website that no longer reflected their growing reputation in the cycling community. The site lacked clear service information, had poor navigation, and wasn’t optimised for mobile — making it difficult for customers to browse products or enquire about repairs. They needed a modern, user-friendly website that matched the professionalism of their in-store experience and helped them stand out as a trusted local hub.
We designed and developed a clean, mobile-first website that showcases Pink Rose’s services, bike range, and repair expertise. The new structure makes it easy for customers to book repairs, browse the latest bikes, and discover events or community rides. SEO foundations were built in to improve visibility, while strong brand-led visuals gave the shop a fresh, modern look online.
