Mighty Student Living is Lancaster’s largest student accommodation provider. While their website was built by a third party, they turned to Lune Studio to help drive performance — with expert ad management, smart automation, and multilingual AI integration that enhances the experience for their global student base.
With over 70% of their enquiries coming from international students, Mighty Student Living needed a way to improve communication, reduce response times, especially outside UK office hours. Their site also wasn’t being fully leveraged to generate traffic or optimise conversions, despite high demand during peak seasons.
We stepped in to manage all paid advertising, running targeted Google and Meta ad campaigns to drive consistent traffic to the site. At the same time, we installed a custom-built AI chatbot — trained on their FAQs and policies — capable of engaging with users in multiple languages, answering queries in real time.
