The user interface felt dated and DIY, which didn’t align with the professionalism, heritage, and future ambitions of the firm. They needed something that represented who they are now - a respected commercial agency covering Lancashire and Cumbria - and gave them the tools to keep growing.
Our goal was to build a market-leading website that felt as sharp and capable as the business behind it. We designed a clean, modern user interface that prioritises clarity and professionalism. The site now draws live property data directly from their internal CRM and displays it with full control over layout, imagery, and structure. Key to the build was introducing an interactive map search, making it easier for users to browse commercial listings across the region. Behind the scenes, we set up a CMS structure that empowers the team to add new content quickly — whether that’s new listings, news, or service pages - without needing developer input. We also applied the same reliable infrastructure and aftercare we use for Fisher Wrathall Surveyors - a sister business we’ve worked with for years.
